Changing or Canceling an Order

We know plans can change! That’s okay. At Best Gifts Finder, you can modify or cancel an order within 12 hours of buying something. Here is how it works:

1. Get Your Order Details
   Find the email we sent when you bought something. It has your order number and what you ordered. Save this!
2. Email Us
   Email [email protected] within 12 hours of ordering. Put “Change Order [order number]” in the subject line. In the message, say if you want to cancel the full order or change certain items.
3. We’ll Reply Within 1 Day
   We will email you back within 1 business day to share if we can make the changes or cancel with a full refund.

Refunds

If we cancel the full order, we will refund all of your money within 3 days. If you modify the order, we will refund money for any items removed.

We want you to love what you ordered! But we understand if you need to make a change or cancel. Please ask us within 12 hours so we can help. We really appreciate you shopping gear with us!
