What can you return?

If your item is broken, the wrong size/color, or doesn’t match the order, we will replace it or refund your money. But you have to let us know within 7 days of getting your delivery.

How to return:

  1. Take pictures showing what’s wrong.
  2. Email us at [email protected] with the pictures and order details. Do this within 7 days!
  3. We will contact you in 2 days to set up a replacement or refund.

Other key points:

  • Item must be in original packaging, unused and not modified.
  • We pay to ship a new item if the gift was faulty or incorrect.
  • Refunds come within 5-7 days once approved.
