General Shipping

  • All products are made-to-order, requiring a handling time before shipping.
  • Most orders ship within 1-3 days, while licensed products take 4-7 days.
  • Orders are processed Monday-Friday, with a cut-off time of 2:00 PM (GMT-8).
  • Some items may ship separately.

Shipping Locations

We ship worldwide, except to Sudan, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Ukraine, and Cuba. We do not ship to APO/FPO or PO box addresses.

Late Delivery

Orders may be delayed due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Severe weather conditions
  • International customs clearance

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be emailed after shipment.

Lost or Returned Packages

  • Lost in Transit: Claims must be submitted within 4 days after the estimated delivery date. We will resend or refund your order.
  • Incorrect Address: If an incorrect address was provided, re-shipping fees apply: $7 (US) / $10 (International).
  • Returned to Sender: Orders returned due to undeliverable addresses, customs issues, or refusal will require re-shipping fees.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, email photos of the issue to [email protected]. We will offer a replacement or refund.
