Shipping Locations
We ship worldwide, except to Sudan, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Ukraine, and Cuba. We do not ship to APO/FPO or PO box addresses.
Late Delivery
Orders may be delayed due to:

Lost or Returned Packages
- Lost in Transit: Claims must be submitted within 4 days after the estimated delivery date. We will resend or refund your order.
- Incorrect Address: If an incorrect address was provided, re-shipping fees apply: $7 (US) / $10 (International).
- Returned to Sender: Orders returned due to undeliverable addresses, customs issues, or refusal will require re-shipping fees.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, email photos of the issue to [email protected]. We will offer a replacement or refund.
